Responsible for front desk administrative and reception duties at the Housing Resource Center (primarily related to Housing Assessment and Resource Agency and Coordinated Entry activities). Performs a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to: client screening, answering phones and routing calls, information management and data entry and provide professional service to clients, staff and the public.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with subsequent formal training in business or related field preferred
- Two years of general office experience.
