Back in 1986, the Domino’s Pizza Partners Foundation was the brainchild of team members and franchisees who believed strongly in taking care of our own. Self-funded, it receives donations mainly through team member payroll-deduction programs, franchisee contributions and various fundraising activities.

The funds are then used to help corporate and franchise team members facing hardship and in financial need. Since it began, it’s given over $16 million to those team members facing tragedies such as fire, accidents, illness or natural disasters. In 2015 alone the Partners Foundation assisted nearly 1,030 team members in need, distributing more than $1.1 million.
