Community & Home Supports, Inc. is a nonprofit service organization that serves the homeless population in Detroit, Michigan through provision of services to access housing. CHS is a member of the Detroit Continuum of Care (CoC) and practices within the  Coordinated Assessment Model (CAM). Each year, CHS engages with hundreds of people in the Detroit homeless community and works to create a situation for each person that promotes independent and empowered living.
